A matrix your auditor will actually accept
Most materiality assessments are a PowerPoint and a prayer. Ours starts with your evidence base, pulls in stakeholder signals, and produces a scored matrix with documented rationale for every topic.
Impact and financial materiality scored separately per ESRS topic.
Built-in stakeholder survey with weighted response aggregation.
Rationale notes required before a topic can drop below threshold.
Version history keeps last year's assessment alongside this year's.
Invite your assurance provider with read-only access. They see source, evidence, version history, and the same mappings you used. They work from the same evidence your team worked from.
Read-only auditor role with separate audit log.
Exportable evidence pack per ESRS topic.
Version history shows how disclosures changed since last review.
Comments and review notes stay attached to the data points.
All waves. Certigence generates statements aligned to the adopted ESRS Delegated Act — for Wave 1 issuers already reporting, the narrower post-Omnibus large-company scope reporting from FY2027, and non-EU parents in scope from FY2028. Voluntary reporters are welcome too.
Can I import my existing GRI or TCFD report?
Yes. We cross-reference GRI, TCFD and SASB indicators to ESRS data points so prior disclosures become evidence you can reuse.
How do you stay current with the EFRAG guidance?
We monitor EFRAG, ESMA and the Commission, and incorporate material updates as guidance is published.
Does Certigence export the EU Digital Reporting format (iXBRL)?
Not yet. You get structured PDF and CSV exports of the full statement today; digital-format tagging is typically handled by your filing agent.
