FAQ

Is API access on every plan?

No. The read-only Data API and webhooks are included on Professional and Enterprise. Professional API keys allow 100 requests per 15 minutes, Enterprise keys 1,000. There are no write endpoints; data goes in through the app or the supplier portal.

Can I get data into Snowflake or my warehouse?

Yes — via CSV export or the REST API today. Talk to us about structured export needs on Enterprise.

Do you have webhooks?
