Claim once. Manage it from then on.
A claimed profile unlocks the rebuttal workflow, direct uploads, and the ability to attach your official CSRD narrative. Ownership is verified by company email, domain, and a proof document.
Claims are reviewed by a person on our team.
Add team members with role-based access (admin, contributor, viewer).
Publish an official ESG statement rendered above the score panel.
Dispute any evidence item — reviews are logged in the audit trail.
How does Certigence build a profile before it's claimed?
We pull from public registries (Brønnøysund, Bolagsverket, CVR, PRH), ESG filings, regulatory datasets and news monitoring — every data point keeps its source.
What happens if a company disagrees with an evidence item?
Claim the profile and raise a dispute. Disputes are reviewed by our team and outcomes — including 'no change' — are recorded in the score's audit trail.
Is there a charge to claim a profile?
No. Claiming and responding are always free. Paid plans unlock CSRD generation, deep benchmarking, and API access.
Can I remove a profile?
We maintain profiles of all active legal entities for stakeholder use. You can control what's published, correct errors, and publish the official narrative — but not delete the public record.
